This EULA is between you and The Urban Crypto LLC ("TUC") and governs your use of the mobile apps Emojiomics, BlockParty Flashcards, and Bull or Bear? ("Apps").

License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, TUC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use (or classroom use with an EDU license).

Restrictions

No copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or derivative works except as permitted by law.
Do not remove proprietary notices or sublicense the Apps.
Do not use the Apps for unlawful purposes or to provide investment advice.

App Store Terms

For iOS, the Apps are licensed under the Apple Media Services Licensed Application EULA. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, or warranty beyond what law requires. For Android, Google Play terms apply. TUC—not Apple or Google—is responsible for the Apps and their content.

Ownership

The Apps are owned by TUC and licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TUC and its licensors.

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUC DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SEE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR FULL DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or TUC. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, uninstall and cease use.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflicts principles.
